How can we help you?

Help us understand your goals, and we'll schedule a call to discuss. Don't like forms? No problem. Send us an email at hello@gomasuga.com. Either way, we look forward to speaking with you!

What Happens After You Contact Us?

We know that filling out a form can feel like sending a message into the void, so here are the immediate next few things that happen after you give us a shout:

Step 1: We review your message and get back to you within a day.
Ryan reads your message and researches your business. If it looks like a good fit, Ryan will reply with a Zoom invitation.

Step 2: We talk it over.
We have a friendly conversation (not a high-pressure sales pitch) and get to know your goals and challenges. If we're a good fit, then Ryan will send you a proposal. If not, we're happy to make recommendations.

Step 3: We propose a path forward.
At this point, Ryan sends you a high-level proposal. This always starts with a discovery phase so we can define the best solution for your needs.

FAQs

A website design and development project starts around $20k. Total cost is dependent on various factors like timelines, features, and complexity.

Most of our projects begin with a discovery phase, which typically costs between $5,000 and $10,000. This phase allows us to define the best solution before diving into the full scope of work. After that, we provide a detailed estimate based on the roadmap we create together.

Timelines vary based on the project’s complexity. A typical project, including discovery, design, and development, can take anywhere from 6 to 12 weeks. We provide a more specific timeline once we’ve defined the scope during the discovery phase.

Not at all! We specialize in helping businesses define their goals and uncover the best solution. Even if you only have a rough idea of what you need, we can guide you through the process from start to finish.

We think you'll find some value in the initial call!

We’ve worked with a variety of industries, but we’re especially experienced in partnering with technology companies. We excel at helping small marketing teams in high-stakes organizations that need dynamic, easily updatable websites.

Yes, we offer ongoing support to make sure your website remains secure, up-to-date, and performing at its best. Many of our clients choose to continue working with us on a retainer basis for ongoing updates and improvements.

The discovery phase includes deep collaboration to uncover your business’s needs, goals, and technical requirements. We gather input from your team, identify potential challenges, and deliver a detailed roadmap that outlines the scope, timeline, and costs for your project.

Your involvement is crucial during key stages like discovery and feedback rounds. We’ll guide you through the process and only ask for what’s necessary to keep things moving. We aim to make collaboration as smooth and efficient as possible.

We can often work with your existing website, especially if it’s built on platforms we know well. If your current website has a solid foundation, we may recommend updates or enhancements instead of a full rebuild.

However, if the platform or codebase presents limitations that would make future updates or maintenance difficult, we might suggest rebuilding to save time and money in the long run.

Either way, we’ll explain our reasoning and collaborate with you to find the best solution.

We understand that things can evolve. If your needs change, we’ll assess the impact on the project scope and timeline, and work with you to adjust accordingly. Our goal is to remain flexible while keeping the project on track.

We’re a boutique agency that prides itself on being relatable and delivering empowering websites. Unlike larger agencies, you’ll work directly with a small, experienced team that’s dedicated to understanding your business and delivering high-value results.

Perhaps even more importantly, we won't ghost you. We have a track record of good communication, which leads to long-time clients.

Plus, let’s be real: wouldn't you rather say your web agency is Masuga (that's pronounced Ma-SOO-Gah!) rather than "Innovative Tech Solutions, Inc."? It's just more fun to say!
